Turin is one of the most charming cities in Italy, where the fervor of modern life spreads between historical monuments and majestic palaces. Many people know him from the Shroud, but only a few excursions allow admiring this relic up close. The prestige of the city is also due to the numerous palaces and museums of national importance, even though it is less popular than, for example, Rome and Milan.
Goa stands out for many features: it is a small part of western India, a completely different confederate state from the rest of the country. As a result of Portuguese domination, it has more churches than temples, and in the 60s and 70s, it became a favorite place of artists and hippies from all over the world, combined with Goa trance, music that goes beyond rave parties on the beach. In addition to the height, there are many other things, such as untouched nature and historical heritage, that make this place truly magical.
Ravenna is a city of wonderful mosaics, some of which date back to the 5th century. To see them all, probably, a few days will not be enough, so we have prepared a selection of basilicas and churches where the best of these wonderful masterpieces of Byzantine art are kept.
Basilicata is a predominantly mountainous region, replete with medieval castles, ancient architecture, seaside resorts, and charming hilltop villages: there is a lot to see here, because the first settlements date back to the Paleolithic, and over time it was influenced by different peoples, which are reflected in Romanesque, Byzantine, Norman and Swabian architecture.
